While working in the telecommunications industry Fred had a multitude of responsibilities during his seven-year tenure at Teleglobe communications. Fred was responsible for the hiring of account executives, major account executives, national account managers, client service, sales management, and sales directors for the southeast. Other industry experience included building a technology sales force that sold e-procurement supply chain management solutions. The twenty-member team was based across the Southeast.
Fred leads a project team that has the primary responsibility of identifying qualified sales/management professionals in technology or telecommunications. The experience he gained as regional director in the telecommunications industry assists him with matching the ideal individuals to the needs of his client companies. Clearly he knows where and how to find the talented leaders who will make the most impact and the largest contributions.
Staci Marcus has been in the executive search business since 1999. She has successfully partnered with Fortune 500 through smaller elite companies
nationwide to identify top performing sales professionals. Staci has continually trained and educated herself in the art of sales and recruiting, and has
developed the skills to be able to understand her clients' needs in identifying entry level sales reps through Worldwide VP's of Sales. In 2001, she was
recognized by the Georgia Assocation of Personnel Services (GAPS) as being amongst the top producing executive sales recruiters in the State.
Staci holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY, as well as a Masters degree in Education from Georgia State

Prior to becoming a successful recruiter, Matt Ades led an impressive career as a national account manager for a business to business e-procurement company. Matt holds several degrees from the University of Georgia including a doctoral degree in Education. While working on his Ph.D., Matt began a successful entrepreneurial venture that led him out of education and into the business world. Matt was responsible for establishing new corporate accounts, maintaining and servicing existing accounts, expanding territories, and training new account executives in a fast paced IPO environment.
Matt consults on project teams that identify qualified sales/management professionals in technology and consumer finance. The experience that he has gained as an entrepreneur and national account manager assists him in servicing our client companies and co-ordinating/matching them to top notch salespeople in the appropriate field.
